About The Role

Basis is in rapid growth mode and looking to 3x headcount within 12 months. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our Head of Talent in managing & optimizing everything associated with candidate interviews.

We are open to 1-5 years of experience as a recruiting, talent, HR coordinator, within HR/recruiting operations or an EA within a tech company or asset management company.

In accordance with New York State regulations, the salary range for this position is $60,000$120,000. All employees are eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program. We are committed to meritocratic and competitive compensation.
