We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Store Director
  • Assistant Store Director

Responsibilities (may vary depending on position):

  • Oversee total store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily activities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective strategies and initiatives.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming store environment for customers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health, safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage inventory control and minimize shrink.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Foster a strong team culture and promote team member engagement.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Proven experience as a Store Director or Assistant Store Director in the supermarket industry is required .
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a positive shopping experience.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
  • Strong moral compass and ability to make ethical decisions, even in challenging situations
  • Must be willing to transfer to any store location
