We are looking for the right person to join our team as a BIM Engineer . Is that you? If so, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities

As a BIM Engineer your key responsibilities are to be involved in the entire phase of construction including BIM modeling and AutoCAD design.

• Creation of BIM Models and drawings through all phases of the project – schematic design, design development, and the creation of construction documents. Applicants must be experienced in the development of construction documents and all their component parts-details and schedules
• Attend BIM coordination meetings and create a clash free model within specified time frame
• Review model changes discussed in BIM meeting with the fire protection designer
• Make changes agreed upon in BIM meetings using Revit based fire protection software
• Manage the drawing file storage system
• Assist design team with creating submittal drawing packages

Skills and Knowledge

• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and effective time management.
• Works independently, with little/no supervision, with an interest in quickly learning/applying new skills/ abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to present information through verbal and written communication

What it takes

• 3 – 5 years directly related with BIM, AutoCAD MEP, Revit drafting, design, and modeling
• A graduate of a technical school or completed Internship Program preferred
• Basic working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft office
