???? Now Hiring: Security Professionals (Unarmed, Patrol Drivers, & Armed Officers) – San Diego, CA

Are you a reliable, professional, and detail-oriented security officer looking to elevate your career? Eagles Point Security is hiring Unarmed Officers , Overnight Patrol Drivers , and Armed Officers to support our expanding operations across San Diego County .

???? Open Positions: 1. Unarmed Security Officers

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Rover
Shifts: Overnight (8-hour shifts)
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00/hr (based on experience, availability, and site contract)

Key Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)

• Working smartphone that can receive calls, and officer can check his/her schedule

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to walk/stand for full shifts

• Dependable, punctual, and professional

2. Overnight Patrol Driver

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Rover
Shifts: Graveyard (typically 2100–0500)
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/hr (based on experience, availability, and patrol type)

Key Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with no more than 1 point

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Minimum 1 year security experience (Required)

• Working smartphone that can receive calls, and officer can check his/her schedule

• Excellent time management and multi-site route execution

3. Armed Security Officer

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Rover
Shifts: Swing and Graveyard shifts available
Pay: $21.00 – $24.00/hr (based on experience, availability, and site contract)

Key Requirements:

• Valid BSIS Guard Card

• Valid Exposed Firearm Permit

• Must own your duty weapon

• Valid government-issued photo ID

• Strong situational awareness and professionalism

• Prior experience preferred but not required

• Working smartphone that can receive calls, and officer can check his/her schedule

• Maintain a high-visibility security presence

• Patrol designated areas or properties

• Observe, report, and respond to incidents

• Provide clear and accurate documentation via mobile software

• Deliver professional customer service to clients, residents, and staff

• Ensure safety and enforce site-specific rules or community standards
