Job Title: Sidewalk Shoveler – Seasonal Snow Removal (Commercial Properties)
Job Summary
PJT Snow Management is hiring Sidewalk Shovelers for the upcoming winter season. We specialize in commercial properties only (no residential). Work is seasonal and on-call — whenever it snows, we need reliable team members ready to clear sidewalks and keep businesses moving.

Duties
Shovel sidewalks, walkways, and building entrances.
Operate snow blowers, salt spreaders, and other sidewalk equipment .
Apply salt/ice melt to pedestrian areas.
Assist plow crews with snow removal tasks.
Work during snow events ( day or night, weekends, and holidays ).
Follow safety guidelines and work as part of a professional team.
Be dependable — show up on time, every time.
Requirements
Must be 18 years or older .
Able to work outdoors in cold, snowy, and icy conditions .
Must be able to lift 20–60 lbs as needed.
Must have proper winter clothing and footwear (jacket, gloves, boots, hat, etc.).
Must have a reliable way to get to job sites on time, every time .
A valid driver’s license is not required .
Local pickups may be available for dedicated workers who live close by.
No prior experience needed — we provide training .
Must be willing to work on an on-call basis when snow events happen.
Work is not guaranteed every week — hours depend on snowfall.
Pay & Opportunities
Pay range: $15–$25 per hour (based on reliability, effort, and experience).
Holiday bonus pay available (Christmas, New Year’s, etc.).
Full training provided — no experience required.
