This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, content-driven environment and wants to play a key role in growing a personal and professional brand. You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and engaging with content across multiple platforms. Responsibilities Pitch engaging, timely content ideas tailored to each platform Record social video content weekly Edit videos using CapCut and Canva Repurpose content into multiple formats for various channels Generate and post regular (daily) social media content Platform Management & Engagement Manage and grow presence on: Facebook (personal and business) Instagram TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Actively engage on behalf of loan originator by commenting, responding to messages/comments, and sharing content Podcast Production Pitch ideas for podcast episodes Assist in recording sessions Edit full episodes and short-form podcast clips Storytelling & Client Features Develop and pitch story-driven content ideas Conduct outreach to past clients for story spotlights Record and edit story-based content for social platforms Qualifications Experience creating and editing video content (CapCut and Canva are a must) A passion for storytelling, social media trends, and authentic audience engagement Excellent written and verbal communication skills A collaborative, go-getter attitude who’s not afraid to be on camera or try new formats Comfortable being in-office at least 8–10 hours/week in Niceville, FL This is a part-time position up to 15 hours/week.
