Job Description

Coordinates the completion of all business activities and deliverables for all phases of a project.

Manages the project stringently to the six constraints of scope, schedule, cost, risk, resource, and quality.

We expect our contractor PMs and BAs to possess four core competencies:

• Basic project management skills
• Business acumen in the healthcare arena
• Leadership skills

We seek candidates who have developed these skills to such an extent that they can manage projects instinctively.

Qualifications

• Ensure consistent and diligent use of project methodology, tools, templates, repositories (SharePoint), and portfolio/project management tools (OPPM/EPPM) by all project team members.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of project deliverables, including project charters, schedules, communication plans, risk/issue logs, weekly status reports, and Business Analyst deliverables.
• Assess project team members' knowledge and skills, facilitating necessary training to address gaps.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with tasks, durations, resource assignments, completion percentages, and start/end dates.
• Conduct project meetings, document and distribute agendas and minutes, track task statuses, and monitor risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues; escalate critical risks/issues to the Project Sponsor or Steering Committee.
• Document and distribute weekly project status reports to stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.

Projects include eligibility/enrollment, FFS claims, capitated encounters, provider data management, contact center, etc.

We expect our contractor PMs and BAs to have four core competencies as previously mentioned.

• Rate: $70/hr
• Candidate must be EAD, Green Card holder, or US Citizen. No OPT EAD accepted.
