Looking for a Telecom System Technician - Fully Onsite- Appleton WI

accepting on W2 candidates, No C2C candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Provision routers and integrate them remotely into a complex telecom network.
• Build router configuration files for remote access and activation.
• Collaborate with field engineers to bring new equipment online.
• Perform transport and fiber testing to ensure signal integrity and performance.
• Operate switching, data communications, and MSC peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet project milestones.
• Maintain trackers and provide project updates in real time.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong TCP/IP networking fundamentals.
• Experience with router provisioning .
• Familiarity with telecom switch operations .
• Proficiency in basic computer tools and software.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Verizon Wireless switching systems .
• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco , Ciena routers , and Ericsson AMOS configurations.

Education

Degree in Electronics, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications (preferred but not required).
