Shift: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Schedule: Midnights, Sunday - Thursday
Location: St. Peters Hospital, Diagnostic Imaging Department

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic imaging to support ER, inpatient, and OR services. This role requires proficiency with Shimadzu equipment and the ability to work independently alongside a second technologist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct various diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of imaging equipment.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control protocols during procedures.
• Provide compassionate care to patients while minimizing their discomfort.

Qualifications:

• Current New York State Radiologic License.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• CPR certification.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle diverse clinical situations.

Additional Requirements:

• Completion of mandatory onboarding health assessments, including:

- Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
- Physical/Health Statement
- Immunization verification (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella)
- 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot)

Contract Information:

• Guaranteed hours and contract duration: 90 weeks
