Key Responsibilities:

\n\n

• Perform laboratory testing and analysis as a Medical Laboratory Technician
• Work 7 on/7 off night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Maintain current MLS or MT (ASCP) certification
• Work holidays that fall during scheduled rotation periods
• Complete required Trinity profile documentation for submission
• Maintain current license/certificate verification
• Complete mandatory fit testing requirements
• Pass Trinity 9 Panel Drug Screen
• Complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form
• Sign Trinity Confidentiality of Patient & Property Information & System Security Agreement
• Complete Trinity Integrity and Audit Services Form
• Provide Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) as required
• Pass color vision testing
• Maintain current COVID-19 vaccination
• Maintain current MMR vaccination
• Maintain current Hepatitis B vaccination
• Complete 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) testing
• Maintain current Varicella vaccination
• Complete physical/health statement documentation
• Complete Trinity Conflict of Interest Disclosure Form
• Pass Trinity Criminal Background Check
• Provide Trinity Education Verification
• Complete Trinity EPLS verification
• Complete Trinity GSA/OIG verification
• Pass Trinity Joint Commission Testing
• Complete Trinity NSO requirements
• Complete Trinity System Access Form
• Complete Trinity Skills Checklist

Job Requirements:

\n\n

\n\t
• Active, unencumbered license in ID
\n\t
• Minimum of 1-7 years of relevant experience, depending on specialty
\n\t
• Current Certifications: BLS and/or ACLS, plus any specialty-specific requirements
\n\t
• Experience with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, as applicable)
\n

\n\n

Other Required Documentation:

• Current Resume listing detailed work history (MM/YYYY format)
\n\t
• Two current clinical references
\n\t
• State-required professional license
\n\t
• Physicial exam (completed within the past 12 months)
\n\t
• TB skin test or Quantiferon Gold (within the past 12 months)
\n\t
• Immunity Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella (declinations may be accepted)
\n\t
• Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
\n\t
• Must pass background check and drug screening
\n
