Guy Carpenter's North American Strategic Advisory group provides valuable insights to clients on growth, capital, and volatility management strategies. This position is based in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

1. Build complex analyses to evaluate assumptions, premiums, and risk; analyze industry factors affecting loss liabilities; consult with clients on reinsurance actuarial services.
2. Collaborate with actuarial and broking teams to meet client and broker needs, ensuring appropriate use of analytics resources and supporting client relationships.

Qualifications

• ACAS with 5-7 years of industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Math, Statistics, or related field.
• Experience in pricing, valuation, and/or capital modeling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Coding skills in Alteryx, R, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with teams, lead projects, and solve problems.

Preferred Skills

• Reinsurance, stochastic modeling, or capital modeling experience.
• Experience influencing senior management.
• Diverse background across roles and lines of business, including WC or Surety expertise.

Marsh McLennan, including Guy Carpenter, is committed to diversity, inclusion, and flexible work arrangements. The salary range for this role is $114,700 to $210,400, with potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
