I had such a bad experience last year buying a battery from a random shop in Satwa – it died after just 10 months and when I went back the guy basically shrugged and said no warranty because I “overcharged it”. Now I need a new 60Ah for my 2015 Hyundai Elantra and I really don’t want to get burned again. A couple of people online mentioned Amaron as a solid brand, but finding a Reliable Amaron 60Ah Battery Dealer Dubai that actually honors the warranty and sells fresh stock seems harder than it should be. Does anyone have a go to shop in Al Quoz or maybe near Sheikh Zayed Road that they’ve bought from multiple times without issues? I don’t mind paying a bit more if I know the battery is genuine and the guys know what they’re doing. Also would be great if they can install it on the spot without scratching up my terminals. Appreciate any recommendations.

Al Quoz has enough established battery shops with real turnover that finding fresh 60Ah stock for an Elantra should not be difficult. The key is asking for the manufacturing date before they open the box rather than after it’s already installed.

Buying from a shop multiple times without issues is honestly the best indicator of consistent quality. One good experience proves nothing, three good experiences over time tells you the shop is actually reliable.

“You overcharged it” as a warranty rejection excuse after 10 months is a classic dodge from shops that never intended to honor the warranty in the first place. A legitimate dealer with proper registration cannot pull that on you.

Online warranty registration at point of sale eliminates the “overcharged it” problem entirely because the claim goes through Amaron’s system rather than relying on the individual shop’s goodwill. Ask specifically if they register it digitally before committing.

Terminal scratching during installation is a sign of careless work that usually comes with other shortcuts. A technician who takes care of the small details is the same one who torques the clamp properly and actually tests the alternator before leaving.
