Current Opportunity: Audit Director/Audit Manager We are seeking an Audit Director/Audit Manager to join our State and Local Government (SLG) practice. Our SLG group is one of the fastest-growing within CLA, comprising 600 professionals serving over 2,100 local, county, and state government agencies. Assist clients in obtaining funding to positively impact their communities. Help clients meet their audit and financial planning objectives using various tools. Mentor staff, oversee client engagement teams, and foster staff development. Lead engagement progress by monitoring budgets and deadlines, communicating developments, and providing facts, conclusions, and recommendations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of public accounting experience, emphasizing financial statement preparation and audits. Experience leading high-performing teams and managing governmental and Single audits is strongly preferred. CPA license required. Salary Ranges: Washington DC: $122,200 - $152,750 - $183,300 Maryland: $109,558 - $136,948 - $164,337
