We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing commercial insurance accounts, risk management, customer service, policy analysis, and client relations. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while still making a significant impact on our business.

Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and ensuring all service needs are met promptly and efficiently.
2. Analyzing and assessing risks to provide suitable insurance policies to clients.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Handling policy renewals and endorsements, and issuing certificates as required.
5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
6. Resolving client concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information and advice to clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance and account management.
2. Proven experience with risk management, policy analysis, and client relations.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial lines, property, and casualty insurance.
4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Proficiency in handling policy renewals, endorsements, and issuing certificates.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
8. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
9. A valid Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one.
