Akkodis is seeking a Project Management Coordinator for a contract job with a client in Hollister, CA . You will be responsible for assisting in the planning and implementation of projects by creating and updating customer document submittals, (i.e., SDRLs, Monthly Progress Reports) and the Integrated Master Schedule in MS Project.
Salary Range: $30.00/hour to $35.00/hour. The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Management Coordinator include:
•Planning and managing Outlook meetings and logging and managing action items for customer and internal meetings.
• Liaising with the project team and various cross-functional disciplines (contracts, quality, manufacturing, planning, and purchasing) to assist in the completion of project tasks.
• Data mining, organization, and analysis.
• · Conducting administrative duties, such as drafting purchasing requisitions, material pick up and distribution, and material line of balance maintenance, etc.
Desired Qualifications:
• HS Diploma (required) or AA Degree or Bachelors in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain or Engineering
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
•Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications Excel, Word, MS Project, PowerPoint, outlook and Teams.
•Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work on site as needed with flexibility for some remote work
